How Quickly Can I Get My Order?
 

Our standard turnaround time is 6 working days from final customer art approval. If you need your order sooner, please let us know.

Is There A Minimum Required For My Order?


It depends on the process. Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces. For embroidery, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and heat transfers (DTF and Sublimation), our minimum is a single piece.

Can You Help Me With Artwork?


Absolutely. Our talented in-house design team can assist you with your artwork. We require vector artwork for print ready designs. If we are required to redraw your artwork or design it from scratch, we will charge a $30 per hour design fee.

How Do I Pay For My Order?


We accept cash, check and credit card payment. Payment is due upon completion of your order.
